In 1968, Charter Roofing opened its doors in Houston, TX with a simple premise: commercial property owners were tired of roofers who disappeared after the check cleared. We decided to be the alternative.

The early years were straightforward — a small crew, honest pricing, and work that held up through Texas storm seasons. Word traveled. Repeat clients became referrals. Referrals became long-term contracts with some of Houston's largest employers.

Five decades later, we're still running on the same principles. The technology has changed — the materials are better, the documentation is more thorough, the certifications are more rigorous.
